1. Acceptance
By using any 123AutomateMe product (123automateme.com, @K187_bot, answersannual.com, app.vivalarassa.fun, or any related service), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The Service
123AutomateMe provides:
- Apex Research Bot — crypto signal reports (Discord)
- Nexus AI — AI workspace SaaS
- Aussie Homeschool Hub — homeschool planning (answersannual.com)
- K187 Store Bot — Telegram shop (@K187_bot) for digital products
- Custom builds — web platforms, Web3 apps, automation
3. Accounts & Payment
- You must provide accurate info at signup
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled (cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal)
- Prices are in AUD/USD as displayed; GST included where applicable
- You authorise us to charge your card via Stripe for recurring subscriptions
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes (fraud, money laundering, market manipulation)
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute our content without written permission
- Abuse the AI features (prompt injection, jailbreaking, generating harmful content)
- Interfere with other users' access to the service
No market manipulation. Apex Research Bot is educational/analytical. Trading decisions are yours. We do not coordinate, front-run, or manipulate markets. Past performance ≠ future results.
5. Intellectual Property
We own all IP in our products. You retain ownership of your data and content. We get a limited licence to use your content only to provide the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Our products integrate with:
- Stripe (payments) — Stripe ToS apply
- Supabase (database) — Supabase ToS apply
- Cloudflare (hosting) — Cloudflare ToS apply
- Telegram (bot platform) — Telegram ToS apply
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Groq (AI providers) — their respective ToS apply
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The accuracy of AI-generated content (always verify)
- Trading profits or investment returns
- That defects will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
- By you: Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal or by emailing noy180084@gmail.com
- By us: We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, with or without notice
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (except where retention is required by law)
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
