- Pages visited, time spent, referrer

We never sell your data. We share it only with:
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Supabase — database hosting for Aussie Homeschool Hub
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, DNS
- Telegram — for @K187_bot messaging
- Vultr — VPS hosting (data center in Sydney)
- Google/Groq/OpenAI/Anthropic — when you use AI features
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies: a session cookie for login state, and Cloudflare's security cookie. No third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Request a copy of all data we hold on you
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in every email)
- Stop @K187_bot by sending /stop — we'll delete your data within 30 days

7. Data Retention
- Active customers: data kept while account is active + 7 years for tax/audit (Australian law)
- Inactive accounts: data deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Bot conversation logs: 90 days
- Server logs: 30 days
8. Security
All payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We use HTTPS everywhere, environment variables for secrets, SSH key authentication, and encrypted backups. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, email noy180084@gmail.com for responsible disclosure.
9. Children's Privacy
Aussie Homeschool Hub is intended for parents/guardians. The children's profiles are educational records managed by parents — we don't market to children, don't collect data from children directly, and comply with Australian Privacy Principles.
10. International Transfers
Our servers are in Sydney, Australia. Some sub-processors (Stripe, Cloudflare, Telegram) may process data in the US/EU. We rely on standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
11. Changes
We'll post changes here with an updated date. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
