- Cancel by emailing noy180084@gmail.com
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months (except under our 30-day guarantee)
One-Time Purchases (K187 Store)
- Digital products (bots, signals, licenses): refundable within 14 days if unused
- Custom builds: non-refundable once work has begun (we'll agree on scope before starting)
- Tokens / API keys: non-refundable once delivered

Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a problem, please contact us first — we'll resolve it. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in account suspension.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue refunds outside the 30-day window for:
- Service outages exceeding 48 hours
- Material breach of our terms by us
- Cases required by Australian Consumer Law (you have full ACL rights regardless of this policy)
